Disadvantages:

Заселения пришлось ждать. Сначала ждали 20 минут менеджера. Потом она тянула время с заселением. Типо ждала подтверждения, что оплата поступила. Хозяин еще дополнительно денег взял за постельное белье. 500 рублей комплект. Когда сказала, что входит в стоимость, пригрозил поставить меня в черный список. Сказал, что не могу снять квартиру во всем Бийске. Потом заселил нас в квартиру дешевле. Видимо белье компенсировал. Еще много замечаний по самой квартире. Грязный санузел. Не советую этого хозяина. Квартир в Бийске у него много.
