Advantages:

Удобное расположение, окна выходят на площадь. Для проживания всё есть

Disadvantages:

Грязно в квартире, пыль, полы грязные, шторы тоже. Пришлось всё мыть чтобы жить. Надеюсь примут к сведению и будет чисто.

Спасибо за обратную связь. Хорошо было бы добавить фото/видео, думаю отзыв не соответствует действительности. Сомневаюсь что арендодатель виноват в аварийном отключении горячей воды и в том, что вы не умеете пользоваться водонагревателем. Удачного вечера!
